"I finally made it to Susan’s new office off Foothill! I was immediately greeted by Zen who was supper friendly from the get-go. I had recently gotten into an accident and he helped talk me through it. I was having trouble uploading documents regarding the claim on my own so he assisted me. He sent the info over right away and followed up the next day to make sure they were received by the appropriate department.
